We also offer Lifestyle Rosters. Fly-in-fly-out rosters to ensure your time away from work
leaves you feeling refreshed and recharged for when you return.
The choice to fly in from Adelaide or Port Augusta. Based on your role, our rosters are:
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
8 days on / 6 days off
Your home away from home
You don’t need to worry about huge financial outlays to get to work — we’ve got you covered!
Your flights and accommodation will be paid for by us. Comfortable rooms with en suite bathroom, Wi-Fi and Netflix will ensure you’re well rested and relaxed in between shifts.
And you won’t go hungry! We offer 3 fully catered meals each day. The dining room and social areas are ideal venues to get to know your work mates when you put down your tools. And if you’ve got any energy left, you can always hit the on-site gym or have a few games of Pool!

Adelaide-based staff
There are plenty of benefits for our mining services staff located in our Adelaide office, too. You all have busy lives away from the office, so we offer hybrid working arrangements for some roles, to ensure additional flexibility for working parents and staff who don’t have that much-needed external support.
